🌱 G.R.O.W. — Georgia Run for Office Week: PRIDE Edition

October 9–15, 2026

Out. Proud. Powerful. Ready to Lead.

G.R.O.W. PRIDE Edition is a seven-day leadership recruitment and civic empowerment initiative designed to expand the pipeline of LGBTQIA+ Georgians considering elected office, appointed leadership, public service, campaign leadership, and other forms of civic participation.

The week launches alongside Atlanta Pride Weekend. The official 2026 Atlanta Pride Festival is October 10–11, with the Pride Parade on Sunday, October 11. Atlanta Pride’s 2026 theme is “Louder & Prouder,” emphasizing visibility, authenticity, and community. Atlanta Pride

For RepGA, G.R.O.W. PRIDE Edition will carry that energy from celebration to leadership development: Who is ready to serve? Who is ready to run? Who is ready to help someone else lead?

G.R.O.W. Interest and Nomination Form

🏳️‍🌈 NOMINATE 100 LGBTQIA+ LEADERS

Throughout the seven days, invite Georgians to nominate LGBTQIA+ people they believe should explore elected or appointed leadership. The message is simple:

“You don't have to wait for someone to ask you to lead—but sometimes one person asking can change everything.” Use this link to nominate someone or to sign up.
